At the heart of Beef Week is the "finest in cattle shows", including the Junior and Open Classes, spectacular auctions, and more.
With events like the Jack Links Junior Cattle Program, The Casino Food Co-op Led Steer and Heifer Shows and the prestigious Riverina Stockfeeds Stud Show at the RELA Ring, "this is your opportunity to shine in front of peers and industry professionals", organisers say.
But there are plenty of other events that coincide with the industry events that make it a highlight of the Richmond Valley calendar.
Businesses participate in window dress up, there's a high tea, a rodeo, races, golf cup, footy games, farm tours, fashion parades, cattle parades, bush poets, music, and much more.
While there are more than 100 events running during the festival, here are a few of the highlights that you should not miss.
