Art Drop
If you look closely while wandering the CBD on November 11, you might notice something very special is going on.
Hidden around the town will be a selection of artwork, and if you find it, it's yours to keep.
Art Drop is an initiative by Rebecca Ryan, the founder of Heart Banners, and will be presented by Love for Lismore Heart Space Incorporated.
Rebecca said the artwork will be clearly marked, so you'll know whose artwork you have found.
The art drop will highlight the profile local artists, many of whom are still struggling after the flood, having lost their studios, their materials, and their artworks, as well as their outlets.
Rebecca has the strong belief that we can heal through art, and through connection to community.
It's what Art Drop is all about, and will be "so much fun.

Housing Expo
The current housing crisis is a reality that affects countless individuals and families in Lismore and beyond. As we grapple with soaring prices, limited availability and the stress of securing a stable place to call home, it's crucial to take steps to address this issue.
In response to this crisis, Lismore City Council has developed the Lismore Housing Expo, demonstrating Council's commitment to providing access to the knowledge and resources needed to find a safe and secure place to live.
Stallholders will showcase the wide array of services and resources available to help people through the challenges of the current housing situation.
From tiny homes and modular homes to house removals, house raising, the two rooms project and recovery support services.
Attendees can connect with experts on housing grants, development applications, financial counselling or legal advice, these free 30-minute sessions run between 10am and 2pm and are open to all attendees.
Enjoy complimentary food, coffee and kids' activities throughout the day. Plus, enter the lucky door draw for a chance to win one of three Loving Local Gift cards.
Access this important information at the Lismore Housing Expo on Saturday, 11 November, from 10am to 2pm at the South Lismore Bowling Club.

Go with the Flow
NORPA is thrilled to bring you Flow, a free outdoor community event celebrating kinship, culture and connection.
Told through dance, poetry, video projection and rap, Flow is a yarn about Yaegl country. Created by Mitch King with Blake Rhodes, it's inspired by the first native title claim on a body of water and is the tale of a man's search to discover more about his story, and the region's shared history.
As a gift to the community, NORPA proudly presents Flow as a free event at The Quad, Lismore (November 23 - 25). The evening will also feature a pre-show guest performance by a local musician.
Everyone is welcome for this all-ages theatre concert. Grab your picnic blanket, pick up some grub from a local food vendor, and settle in for an unforgettable evening with family, friends, and community.
Admission is free but tickets are required - book your free ticket today.
