Olivia Newton-John is selling the Byron hinterland wellness retreat she has co-owned for almost two decades.
The celebrity says it's time to 'pass the baton' to some new custodians at the award winning Gaia Retreat & Spa at Brooklet.
"It's bittersweet, but as a team, we always agreed that we would 'go out on top' and we couldn't be more proud of the Gaia we have built with our incredible family team," she said.
Marketing agents Karen Wales and Gus Moors of Colliers said they expected an influx of global interest in Gaia.
The business offers 22 rooms and expansive day spa and restaurant set on more than 8ha .
The sale also includes two adjoining residential titles across more than 4ha with expansive district views.
A price guide is yet to be revealed.
