Ocean Shores filmmaker wins Flickerfest Byron All Shorts film competition
Touring short film festival Flickerfest wrapped up its three day event at the Mullumbimby Civic Hall on Saturday night, on the first leg of its 50 venue national tour.
Brought to the Northern Rivers by Bronwyn Kidd and Shane Rennie, the festival once again included the Byron All Shorts competition, with 14 local finalists chosen from over 50 entries across the region.
The Byron All Shorts awards were presented after the screening to a jury of acclaimed local film practitioners including producer Lois Randall; award wining writer/director Dominic Allen and award winning writer/director Sophie Hexter.
Byron All Shorts winners were:
